About Me

My Story

I am Diana Lászlóová, a versatile communication expert and business process manager who enjoys a multicultural work environment. In my work, I focus on quality, efficiency, and achieving results. I am a proactive, independent individual who believes in open communication and mutual trust. With my coaching leadership style, I aim to inspire others and encourage personal development.

I am convinced that employee engagement indirectly leads to customer satisfaction. I possess high-level expertise in marketing, management, and communication areas, which I have developed through my experience at SCHINDLER.

Currently, I work as a Business Process Manager, where my main tasks include improving internal processes’ efficiency, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing customer satisfaction. In addition to these tasks, I participate in various aspects of corporate governance.

 

As a private entrepreneur since 2009, I embrace my creative side by organizing events, decorating, and graphic designing. I provide comprehensive marketing services in online marketing and branding for SMEs that have outgrown the stage of having these tasks managed by the owner or an enthusiastic colleague but are not yet at the point where hiring a specialist would be justified.

In my 10 years in leadership positions, within a total of 17 years of professional experience, I have observed that the key to a company’s success is effective communication and constant innovation. Thus, I can assist other businesses in developing their communication strategies, improving workplace efficiency and customer satisfaction, which also contributes to strengthening corporate culture and increasing employee engagement.

 I understand that cooperation between companies is crucial for achieving collective success. With this in mind, my goal is to help companies grow and thrive by supporting each other, building cooperative relationships, and sharing resources, thereby collectively creating opportunities for progress in the business world.

Business Process Manager

Company: Wacker Neuson

My responsibilities include driving human resources initiatives, optimizing and streamlining processes, creating actionable reports, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. In close collaboration with the Managing Director, I am involved in strategic decision-making and the day-to-day management of our company. This unique role allows me to combine my expertise in process improvement with my passion for leadership, shaping our business operations for growth and success.

2019 - 2023

Customer Care and Communications Manager

Company: Schindler

Supervising a team of 15 customer care coworkers responsible for managing and executing orders, packaging, and delivering spare parts primarily to the European market, with some cases to the USA and Asia. Monitoring and resolving customer inquiries, implementing strategies to improve the customer experience and satisfaction. Achieved a 20-point increase in NPS within one year. OTD has significantly improved and exceed the target. Leading a cross-functional team responsible for internal and external communications.

2018 - 2019

Executive Coordinator and Communication Responsible

Company: Schindler

Provided proactive support to the CEO regarding strategic activities. Involvement in strategic decisions, rough planning, budget preparation, and organization development. Prepared reports and analyses on strategic topics. Organized workshops, facilitated focus group interviews, and initiated the Employer Branding project. Led internal and external communication activities in the region, including managing communication plans and executing marketing  initiatives.

2014 - 2018

Production Control Manager

Company: Schindler

Monitored and controlled production processes to ensure high-quality products were produced on time
and with the best possible efficiency. Identified bottlenecks in production, managed capacity planning, and missing parts, and worked on optimizations to improve overall production efficiency. Implemented a capacity planning tool. Served as a key user for SAP Production, conducting gap analyses, assessing solutions, implementation, conducting user acceptance  testing, and providing end-user training.

2011 - 2014

Project management - Business process owner

Company: Schindler

Defined, implemented, and coordinated the Missing Parts Management process. Objectively measured KPIs and prepared root-cause analyses, action plans, statistics, and training materials for users. Created process flowcharts, work instructions, and presentations to ensure the smooth execution of the Missing Parts Management process.

2006 - 2011

Official technical administrator

Company: Schindler

Organized deliveries of escalators and moving walks, including coordinating with clients and managing correspondence in German and English. Handled administrative tasks, as order processing, invoicing, and preparation of analyses and statistics. Ensured efficient and accurate processing of orders and maintained a high level of customer satisfaction.
